Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Broadcast Production Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of our broadcast content creation and delivery. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of live and recorded broadcasts, ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms. Your expertise in video editing, social media management, and multimedia tools will drive engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end production process for live broadcasts and pre-recorded content, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Coordinate with journalists, technical teams, and external vendors to facilitate smooth production workflows.
Oversee video editing using Adobe Premiere and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to craft polished segments and visual elements.
Develop engaging content for social media channels, leveraging storytelling skills to maximize audience engagement across platforms.
Supervise the use of Adobe Photoshop for creating graphics, overlays, and visual assets that enhance broadcast presentations.
Ensure accurate translation and bilingual support for multilingual content to reach broader audiences effectively.
Maintain clear communication with all team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on production goals.
Monitor broadcast quality standards and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Experience

Proven experience in video editing with proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong background in journalism or media production with a keen eye for storytelling and content accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in bilingual settings; fluency in at least two languages is preferred.
Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for audience engagement.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications including video editing, graphic design, and translation tools is highly desirable.
Prior experience coordinating broadcast productions or working within a multimedia newsroom environment is a plus.
