PayScale: £30,000 - £35,000 Pro Rata based on experience

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional, discreet, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring the smooth management of business and personal priorities while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the CEO's diary, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the CEO with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
Coordinating and prioritising tasks to ensure efficient time management.
Managing confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
Organising meetings, events, and business engagements.
Screening calls, emails, and enquiries, responding where appropriate.
Supporting the CEO with project coordination and follow-up actions.
Assisting with both business and occasional personal administration tasks.
Anticipating needs and proactively solving problems before they arise.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly polished, professional, and personable.
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
Proactive with a genuine "can-do" attitude.
Able to work independently and use initiative.
An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Experienced in supporting senior executives, directors, or business owners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general business systems.
