Supporting Independence Following Hospital Discharge and Helping People Return Home with Confidence
ilarna: Live well at home
Multiple Self-Employed Personal Assistant opportunities across Cambridgeshire
Rates: from £20/hour, dependent on client specific needs
At ilarna, we help people remain independent in their own homes by introducing them to self employed Personal Assistants who provide practical support, companionship and reassurance.
We are expanding our network of Personal Assistants across Cambridge and the surrounding areas and are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who enjoy supporting people as they return home following a hospital stay.
Some opportunities may be short term, supporting an individual through a period of recovery or transition following a hospital stay. Others may become longer-term arrangements, providing ongoing support to help someone maintain their independence and continue living well at home.
Whether you have experience as a Personal Assistant, Support Worker, Rehabilitation Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Reablement Worker or in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.
Many of the people we support value having a consistent, trusted person alongside them as they regain confidence, re-establish routines and continue living independently in their own home.
This may involve helping someone settle safely back into their home environment, regain confidence following illness or injury, and maintain their independence during a period of recovery.
