Full job description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at Lakeside Lodge. As our chef de partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards as part of a small dynamic kitchen team. You will have an attention to detail ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec as per your Head Chef's instructions.

Your Role Will Include:

Managing your own section during service with prep and clean-down.
To ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver delicious dishes every time.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
Helping train and support junior chefs when needed.
Assist with any special functions, private events and weddings including those which occur outside normal working hours.

Pay £13.00 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience.

Working hours will vary depending on the needs of the business.
