Residential Support Worker
Location: Wisbech
SALARY: £14.05 - £14.75 doe Plus Sleep ins paid at £62.64 working out to an extra £3000-£6000 per annum
Hours: Full time working long days and sleep ins
Full UK Driving licence is required.

We are looking for an experienced, resilient children's support worker to become part of our OUTSTANDING, beautiful family home, caring for 6 young males who have sometimes emotional and behavioural difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.

As a therapeutic support worker you will:

What do you need?

Experience and qualifications in care or transferable skills such as police, education, security, youth justice or working with vulnerable people.

A high level of emotional resilience is required and the ability remain calm during challenging situations.

Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
-
Passionate about supporting our young people, be a positive role model.

Full UK Driving licence is essential.

You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
