Maintenance 24-7 Ltd, part of the Twenty47 Group, is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced Small Works Estimator & Contracts Coordinator to join our commercial team.
Operating throughout London and the Home Counties, we provide reactive maintenance, quoted works and commercial projects for many of the UK's leading hospitality, retail and commercial clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Senior Estimator, supporting the continued growth of our small works division. You'll be responsible for surveying, pricing and managing jobs from quotation through to completion, making sure every project is delivered professionally, on time and within budget.
This is not simply an estimating role. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building client relationships and seeing jobs through from start to finish.

The Role
Working closely with our Senior Estimator, your responsibilities will include:
- Surveying and pricing reactive and small works projects
- Producing accurate quotations within agreed timescales
- Managing approved works from quotation through to completion
- Scheduling engineers and subcontractors where required
- Ordering materials and managing suppliers
- Liaising with clients throughout the lifecycle of each project
- Monitoring project progress, costs and profitability
- Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Supporting the commercial team with larger quotations and project opportunities
- Building strong working relationships with clients, engineers and suppliers
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous estimating experience within commercial property maintenance, facilities management or construction
- Good knowledge of building fabric and multi-trade maintenance works
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience using estimating or job management software (Joblogic experience would be an advantage)
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
