Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lighting Solutions & Commercial Product Strategy Executive to drive innovation and growth within our lighting and commercial product portfolio. In this role, you will lead market research initiatives, develop comprehensive product strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future of our lighting solutions. Your energetic approach will help us stay ahead of industry trends, enhance customer value, and expand our presence in the B2B market. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product development, leverage SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms, and deliver impactful solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in lighting solutions and commercial products.
Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands.
Collaborate with product management, software development, and marketing teams to design innovative lighting solutions utilizing SaaS platforms.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful product launches and updates.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry insights using SQL and analysis skills to refine product strategies.
Prepare compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate product vision and strategy effectively.
Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.

Skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in SaaS platforms, software development processes, and SQL for data analysis.
Expertise in market research techniques to gather actionable insights on industry trends and customer preferences.
Experience in product development, management, and B2B marketing strategies within the lighting or related sectors.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret complex data sets and inform strategic decisions.
Effective presentation skills for delivering clear, persuasive communication to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of marketing principles specific to commercial products and technology solutions.
