EGL Homecare Ltd is a family-run business that’s been around since 1979. We’ve grown into one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of cleaning products like scourers, cloths, and sponges. We supply big names like Sainsbury’s, Amazon, Aldi, and M&S.
We’re now looking for a Process Line Operator to join our friendly team at our Shoeburyness site.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping run production lines that make cleaning cloths
- Working with chemicals (full training provided)
- Taking finished rolls of cloth and carrying out quality checks
- Cleaning machinery using industrial pressure washers and vacuums
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
- Working at heights when needed
- Manual handling (lifting up to 30kg)
- Working in a warm environment
Shift pattern
- 7am – 7pm (4 X 12-hour shifts)
- Tuesday to Friday rota
- 44 hours per week

- Happy with physical, hands-on work
- Comfortable working in a warm environment and at heights
- Team player with a good attitude
- Able to get to site on time
