Full job description

Stevens Property Management is a British Property Awards Gold-winning letting agency based in Louth, Lincolnshire, covering the major towns and villages across the East Coast, Mid Lincolnshire, and North Lincolnshire.

As specialists in residential lettings and property management, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Our experienced team offers expert local knowledge and professional support across every aspect of property management.

We are looking to recruit a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.

Experience within the property sector is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate. The successful applicant will assist in the efficient and accurate administration of our property management portfolio, including:

Providing administrative support to the Property Management team.
Handling telephone and email enquiries from landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Maintaining accurate property, landlord, and tenant records.
Arranging property inspections, maintenance appointments, and contractor visits.
Logging and monitoring maintenance requests through to completion.
Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring compliance records are up to date.
Assisting with tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs.
Managing filing, correspondence, and general office administration.
Supporting the team with compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Delivering excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (training will be provided for the CRM used)
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Previous administrative experience (property industry experience is advantageous).
