At Treeline Dental Group, we're looking for a Treatment & Experience Coordinator (TECO) to join our growing team.
This isn't your typical Treatment Coordinator role.

What does a Treeline TECO do?
You'll become one of the key people in the patient's journey.
From their initial enquiry and consultation through to starting treatment, you'll help patients understand their options, feel confident in their decisions and receive an exceptional experience.
Your role will include:
Building your own patient pipeline
We invest in marketing to generate high-quality enquiries from patients actively looking for treatments including implants, Invisalign, composite bonding and smile makeovers.
You won't simply be waiting for patients to walk through the door. You'll be working with patients who have already shown an interest in treatment.
Running your own scanning clinics
You'll run your own scanning clinics, meet patients, understand what they want to achieve and support them throughout their journey.
You'll use your clinical knowledge alongside your communication skills to help patients understand what's possible.

Working with high-end dentistry
You'll work closely with experienced clinicians delivering treatments including:
- Dental implants
- Invisalign
- Composite bonding
- Smile makeovers
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Digital dentistry

Getting involved in marketing and content
This role isn't limited to the practice.
You'll have opportunities to become involved in our filming days, patient testimonials and marketing activity.
You'll help capture patient stories, treatment journeys and smile transformations and play a part in showcasing the work we do across the group.
Working with a diverse patient base
Our practices attract patients from a wide range of backgrounds, including professional footballers, television personalities and other public figures.
You'll be trusted to provide the same high level of care, professionalism and discretion to every patient.

Our TECOs are an important part of the practice leadership structure.
You'll work closely with:
- Clinical Leads
- Dentists and clinicians
- Practice Managers
- Reception teams
- The wider Treatment & Experience team
You'll have the opportunity to influence the patient journey, support the wider practice team and contribute to the commercial and operational success of the practice.
This isn't simply about coordinating appointments.
It's about becoming a key part of how the practice delivers an outstanding patient experience.
Who are we looking for?

- A qualified, GDC-registered Dental Nurse
- Currently working in a private or mixed dental practice
- Passionate about modern and private dentistry
- Interested in implants, Invisalign, composite bonding and cosmetic dentistry
- Confident speaking with patients

- Organised and able to multitask

You don't need previous TECO experience.
