Be part of the team that turns plans into live experiences people remember.
We’re looking for an Events Assistant to join our Liverpool team and support the delivery of sales, marketing and promotional campaigns for clients across a range of sectors.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, works well around people and likes being involved in busy, fast-moving environments. You’ll help prepare campaigns, support activity on the day and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Previous events experience is not essential. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions or another public-facing role could be useful, but full training will be provided.
Where you’ll make an impact
You’ll support the team across different stages of each campaign, including:
- Helping prepare materials, schedules and campaign information
- Supporting event setup and general organisation
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
- Sharing clear information about client products and services
- Assisting with customer enquiries and campaign activity
- Keeping event spaces organised and presentable
- Working closely with colleagues to keep everything on schedule
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing useful observations
- Supporting pack-down and post-event reviews
The qualities that matter
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is approachable and comfortable speaking with different people
- Brings a positive attitude and is willing to get involved
- Can stay organised when several things are happening at once
- Communicates clearly and listens carefully
- Is reliable, punctual and takes responsibility seriously
- Works well as part of a team
- Is open to coaching and eager to improve
- Has an interest in events, marketing, sales or customer engagement
You do not need to be the loudest person in the room. Being dependable, switched on and willing to help matters more.
What you’ll build from the role
This position gives you practical experience across live campaigns while helping you develop skills that can support a longer-term career.
You can expect:
- Full training and ongoing support
- Experience across campaigns for different clients and industries
- Coaching in communication, customer engagement and campaign delivery
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Opportunities to take on greater responsibility
- Progression into senior events, campaign or team leadership roles
- Weekly team socials and networking opportunities
- Team days and company activities
- Recognition for strong performance and consistent improvement
Why this could suit you
Some people enjoy routine. Others prefer work that brings new people, new challenges and something different to focus on each day.
This role is for someone who wants to learn through experience, contribute to a lively team and build confidence in a practical environment. You’ll be supported while you learn and trusted with more as your ability grows.
