Due to a growing and exciting demand for our conversions we have another full-time role available for a campervan fitting/converter/installer.
Fully involved in the conversion process from vans to campervans, our team have the following key roles:
- Confidently measure and cut out window and roof panels
- Carry out the pop-top roof conversions
- Sound proofing and insulating the interior panels
- Running wiring harnesses in preparation for further stages
- Stretch carpet lining on ply panels and interior metal panels
- Installing ply floors and fitting the vinyl
- Fitting the blinds and curtains around the windows
- Prepping and installing the windows around the van
- Fitting rock and roll beds
- Installing the furniture, kitchens and lockers that we make in house at our CNC manufacturing business
Other roles will include fitting side bars, wheels, awnings, solar panels, and diesel heaters, as well as helping out in other areas when needed.
Power tool experience and a good tidy working attitude is essential, a basic knowledge of electrics is also beneficial but for the right candidate full training will be provided.
The right candidate will be a quick learner, hard working, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
