Registered Children’s Home Manager
Achieve Your Aspirations Ltd is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead our 2 bed therapeutic residential children’s home in Knowsley Merseyside.
Salary: From £50,000 per annum, with an enhanced salary available upon becoming dual-registered for a second home which will be solo occupancy.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day management of the children’s home.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
- Inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing staff team.
- Promote therapeutic, child-centred practice using the PACE model.
- Maintain excellent safeguarding standards.
- Complete and oversee care planning, recording and compliance using the ClearCare system.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and partner agencies.
- Drive continuous improvement with the ambition of achieving Outstanding.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Children’s Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready for registration.
- Experience using the ClearCare management system.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards completion).
- Thorough knowledge of the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
