We are looking for someone to help with day to day care of the dogs that stay with us.
Shifts available - Mondays and Tuesdays 7.00am - 11.00am and every other weekend 7.00am - 11.00am and 2pm - 5pm
Start date 14th September with training shifts before then.
This role will require someone who is experienced working with dogs.

Daily duties include
- Walking dogs on private land
- Taking dogs from owners and handing them over after stays
- Cleaning kennels, bowls, storage areas, general tidying
- Feeding
- Enrichment sessions with dogs
- Basic grooming and bathing
The right candidate will
- Have experience with different breeds of dog.
- Be confident talking to clients and giving them feedback on their dogs stay.
- Be hard working and work to a high standard.
- Be able to work as part of a team and alone.
- Be able to follow instructions.
- Have good communication skills.
- Enjoy working outside.
- Be willing to learn.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Have there own transport
- Be very local due to split shifts
This is a very active job, current team members will often do 20,000 steps in a day, some dogs can also be very strong and excited so candidates must be comfortable handling them.

We are a small family run business, who take in dogs for boarding, day care and offer 121 lessons in general behaviour and agility.
We pride ourselves on giving exceptional care to the dogs that stay with us.
Number of hours average 16 hours plus extra during busy periods and to cover holiday.
Working hours – 7am – 11am and 2pm – 6pm - we don't have availability for lunch breaks to be taken on site, team members must be off site 11am - 2pm.
Candidates must live within 20 minutes of the business because of the split shifts.

Pay – Age 18 - 20 £10.81
- Age 21+ £12.71
