We are currently looking for a highly motivated receptionist to provide a first class patient focused service within the Department of Sexual Health (DOSH).
If you have proven organisational and excellent communication skills, work hard under pressure and as part of a team then we would like to hear from you.
Main duties consist of being the first point of contact for the service via our reception area. This will include both meeting and greeting people accessing the service for their outpatient appointments and via the telephone, as well as liaising with a range of multi-disciplinary professionals.
You will be required to manage a busy telephone system. You will also be required to provide admin support to other areas of service and action any administrative tasks that are sent in daily to the DOSH team.
Team work and flexibility to the role is paramount as DOSH is and continues to be an evolving service.
Please note that this role will involve covering an evening clinic once a month until 5:30pm, either in Cardiff Royal Infirmary or Barry Hospital. Access to a vehicle would be desirable.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
