As a Resourcer in our Employment, Skills and Training team, you’ll help connect people with meaningful employment and training opportunities that can transform lives. Working closely with Strategic Account Managers and Account Managers, you'll assess candidate suitability, support them through the recruitment journey, and help employers find the right talent.

What you’ll do as a Resourcer

Screen candidates and learners for employment and training opportunities, assessing their skills, qualifications and suitability against employer requirements

Provide advice, guidance and constructive feedback to help candidates prepare for interviews, training programmes and new roles

Work closely with Strategic Account Managers and Account Managers to understand vacancy requirements and support successful fulfilment

Build strong relationships with internal colleagues, candidates, learners and external partners to maintain a consistent pipeline of suitable applicants

Accurately record candidate activity, screening outcomes and progression within recruitment and customer relationship management systems

Monitor screening performance, identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate quality and recruitment outcomes
Does this sound like you?

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate screening or a similar employability-focused environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with a wide range of people

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of activity while meeting deadlines

Experience using customer relationship management systems, recruitment software and Microsoft Office applications

A proactive and solution-focused approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Clean UK Driving Licence

Vetting and checks:
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
