An exceptional opportunity has become available. The Tuning Room is seeking an outstanding Advanced Soft Tissue Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Cardiff. An established and loyal client base is ready for the right practitioner to inherit, creating an exciting opportunity to step into an existing diary with immediate earning potential while continuing to grow and evolve your own practice. This is far more than a soft tissue role. Working alongside chiropractors, movement specialists and a passionate clinical team, you will be encouraged to continually refine your assessment, clinical reasoning and hands-on skills while developing your own unique style of practice. Minimum requirements Applicants should possess: A recognised qualification in Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Therapy, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, or another relevant manual therapy discipline. Professional registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance where applicable. Excellent manual therapy skills and a genuine desire to continue learning. A patient-centred approach with outstanding communication skills. Experience working with persistent pain, sports injuries, rehabilitation or movement-based care would be advantageous, although attitude, coachability and clinical curiosity are equally important.
