Job Description: As an Apprentice Hairdresser, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry. Your role will involve assisting stylists and providing support throughout the client journey while developing your skills in hairdressing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior stylists with a variety of hair services, including washing, cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Prepare and maintain the salon environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in managing client appointments and maintaining schedules.
- Learn and apply techniques in line with current trends and salon standards.
- Engage with clients during their visits, providing excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge in hairdressing.
- Uphold salon policies and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
