MNI Care Ltd is looking for warm, compassionate, and dedicated female Health Care Assistants to support individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes across Carlisle and nearby areas.
This is a position with good rates to suit your needs. We are looking for candidates in Carlisle and nearby areas.

Salary: £12.80 - £13.50 per hour
Day range:
- Monday - Friday
- Every weekend
Physical setting:
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Female carers
- Ideally hold a valid UK driving license.
- Carlisle and nearby areas: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Work: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
Licence/Certification:
- Healthcare Assistant certificate (preferred)
- Dementia Awareness (preferred)
- Driving licence (preferred)
About the role:
You will provide high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care, including:
* Personal care – washing, dressing, bathing and toileting
* Medication support and administration
* Meal preparation
* Companionship and social support
* Shopping and everyday household tasks
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes or concerns
* Maintaining accurate care records
* Working closely with families and other healthcare professionals
We are looking for:
* Previous care/support work experience preferred
* Good spoken and written English
* Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
* UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
* Ability to travel around Carlisle and surrounding areas
* Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends
* Right to work in the UK required
