Dental Receptionist – Join Our Friendly Team!

Full-Time Dental Receptionist
38 hours per week (4-day working week may be considered for the right candidate)
Monday working is essential

Are you an enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable receptionist who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service?

We are looking for a professional and motivated Dental Receptionist to become an important part of our busy and welcoming dental practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely cares about delivering an excellent patient experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting and assisting patients with a warm, friendly approach
Managing appointments and patient enquiries
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception
Managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content and helping showcase our practice

What We're Looking For:

Previous reception experience is essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
Confident using social media platforms and creating engaging content
Experience working within a healthcare environment would be advantageous
