PRODUCTION OPERATIVES PACKING

Work Pattern - Sunday to Thursday 21:55 06:00

Basic rate of - £13.45 per hour, plus

Pay enhancement of - 16% of your basic rate for hours between 20:00 and 08:00

OUR PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Production Operator at Border Biscuits, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production lines. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring the production process, and maintaining high-quality standards. This hands-on role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail to maintain our high-quality standards.
Excellent team player with good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible approach to working hours, including the possibility of shift work.
