Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. This energized role involves providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and possess a passion for hospitality that shines through in every interaction. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their experience
Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly while maintaining organized records
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requests swiftly
Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access points and adhering to safety protocols

Skills

Multilingual or Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries confidently and courteously
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable to ensure familiarity with guest services standards
Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters positive relationships
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and customer service principles
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
