Trosolwg y Swydd
Byddwch yn cydweithio yn agos gyda’r Swyddogion Materion Busnes, y Swyddog Hawliau a’r tîm Rheoli Cynnwys ac Amserlennu er mwyn sicrhau bod unrhyw gynnwys a ddarlledir wedi ei glirio’n gywir a bod cytundebau hawliau a chliriadau S4C yn cael eu gweinyddu’n gywir yn ogystal â helpu gyda gweinyddiaeth y tîm busnes.
Byddwch yn sicrhau bod yr holl wybodaeth (elfennau hawliau a busnes) am y rhaglenni ar gael i dimoedd ac adrannau eraill S4C drwy gyfathrebu cyffredinol effeithiol a thrwy ddefnyddio system gyfrifiadurol S4C (Cwmwl, system archif a BSM neu unrhyw olynydd).
Bydd eich cyfraniad yn holl bwysig wrth i S4C drawsnewid i fod yn gyhoeddwr cynnwys aml-lwyfan wrth gyd-weithio â’r timoedd mewnol a chwmnïau allanol.
Manylion eraill
Lleoliad: Caerfyrddin / Caerdydd / Caernarfon (o leiaf 2 diwrnod mewn swyddfa).
Cyflog: £27,470 y flwyddyn
Oriau gwaith: 35¾ yr wythnos. Oherwydd natur y swydd, disgwylir hyblygrwydd, gan gynnwys gweithio tu allan i oriau swyddfa, ar rai penwythnosau a gwyliau banc.
Cytundeb: Parhaol
Cyfnod prawf: 3 mis
Gwyliau: Yn ychwanegol i'r gwyliau banc statudol, bydd gennych hawl i 26 diwrnod o wyliau gyda thâl y flwyddyn. Os ydych yn cael eich cyflogi yn rhan amser byddwch yn derbyn cyfran pro rata o'r gwyliau.
Pensiwn: Mae hawl gan staff cyflogedig ymuno â Chynllun Pensiwn Personol Grŵp yn ddarostyngedig i delerau unrhyw gynllun sydd mewn bodolaeth ac a ddiwygiwyd o dro i dro. Os byddwch yn aelod o’r Cynllun Pensiwn Personol Grŵp, bydd S4C yn cyfrannu 10% o’ch cyflog sylfaenol i’r Cynllun. Disgwylir i chi gyfrannu 5%.

Job Overview
You will work closely with the Business Affairs Officers, the Rights Officer and the Content Management and Scheduling team to ensure that any content broadcast has been properly cleared and that S4C's rights agreements and clearances are properly administered as well as helping with the administration of the business team.
You will ensure that all the information (rights and business elements) about the programmes is available to other S4C teams and departments through effective general communication and by using S4C's computer system (Cloud, archive system and BSM or any successor).
Your contribution will be of paramount importance as S4C transforms into a multi-platform content publisher, collaborating with the internal teams and external companies.

Location: Carmarthen / Cardiff / Caernarfon (minimum 2 days in an office)
Salary: £27,470 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Working Hours: 35.75 hours per week. Due to the nature of the position, flexibility is expected, including working outside office hours, some weekends and bank holidays.
Holidays: In addition to the statutory bank holidays, you will be entitled to 26 days of paid holiday per year. (Please note that the annual leave will be pro rata if working part time).
Pension: Paid staff are entitled to join a Group Personal Pension Scheme subject to the terms of any existing scheme which is amended from time to time. If you are a member of the Group Personal Pension Scheme, S4C will contribute 10% of your basic salary to the Scheme. You will be expected to contribute 5%.
