Job Summary
An exciting opportunity have become availabel to join our award winning salon group. We are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced stylist ready to step into an assistant manager role with the opportunity to progress into a full time salon manager position.

The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily salon operations, support team development, and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction. The Assistant Salon Manager will play a key role in driving the salon forward, by maintaining a strong social media presence, managing staff, retail and merchandising activities, and maintaining an efficient, welcoming environment.

Duties

Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences
Supervise and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targets
Manage appointments, client consultations, and service delivery to uphold high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction
Support retail sales initiatives through effective merchandising and upselling techniques
Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimise productivity
Handle administrative responsibilities including stock management, record keeping, and reporting
Maintain excellent communication with clients via phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions
Ensure the salon adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains a clean, organised environment
Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing coaching to enhance team skills
Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages professional growth and high morale

Experience

Minimum of 5 Year Salon experience
Confident, professional and motivated
Loves delivering exceptional client care
Wants to progress into a leadership & management role
