The James Cochrane Practice are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Data, Quality & Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a graduate level applicant looking to develop skills in data analysis, quality improvement, digital technology, project support and patient engagement within a forward-thinking GP practice.

What we're looking for

Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Analytical, organised and naturally curious
A confident communicator with excellent written skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
An interest in data, technology, healthcare and service improvement
Someone creative and enthusiastic about engaging with patients and the wider community

What will you be doing?

You’ll play an important role in helping us become a data driven organisation, using information, technology and innovation to improve services and patient outcomes across our practice. This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple areas of primary care, including:

Data analysis and reporting
Quality improvement and performance monitoring
Digital systems support and development
Website, social media and communications
Project and operational support
Patient engagement

Experience within the NHS or primary care is welcome but not essential. We are keen to hear from applicants who demonstrate strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

Pay: £14.09 per hour
