Full job description

Why join us?:

We are currently hiring for a Personal Assistant to join DWF (NI) LLP, part of the DWF Group and provide PA support in Belfast.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting our legal professionals, ensuring seamless operation and client satisfaction.

This role will be based in our Belfast office and we offer a flexible, hybrid working approach. This is a part time role with 24 hours per week. 9am - 1pm Monday - Thursday then 9am - 12pm on a Friday.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the proactive handling of cases as directed by the Partners and Team, including liaising with clients, sending invoices, chasing debt, drafting documents, and processing received documents.
Support client-related management information tasks, including collation, administration, and reporting.
Process correspondence and documents for the respective Partners and Team, liaising with other PAs, Administration Assistants, and Paralegals.
Assist with the monthly invoicing process, including raising invoices when requested.
Follow all Firm’s policies and procedures and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times

What will help you succeed in this role?:

Essential

Advanced Microsoft Office experience
Financial minded for invoicing/billing support
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a legal secretarial or banking support role
Senior Partner/Director experience
