About the Role

As an Aircraft Cleaner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring aircraft are cleaned, stocked, and ready for operation. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will help maintain the high standards expected within a secure and professional aviation environment.

Key Duties

Clean aircraft cabins, galleys, lavatories, and crew areas

Vacuum, sanitise, and wipe down aircraft interiors

Remove and dispose of waste safely and correctly

Replenish onboard supplies and consumables

Restock cleaning equipment and vehicles

Carry out exterior aircraft cleaning when required

Follow all health, safety, security, and PPE procedures

Work efficiently to meet operational schedules and service standards

What We're Looking For

Full UK manual driving licence

Ability to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to tight deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Previous aircraft cleaning experience is desirable but not essential

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Security Clearance Requirements

As this position is based at a military aviation site, successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced vetting process to obtain and maintain site access and an airside pass.

This process includes:

DBS check

Aviation security screening

Full 5-year checkable employment and address history

Additional security checks required for access to military facilities

Employment is subject to the successful completion of all required security clearances and the granting of the necessary site access permissions.

Compliance

All employees are required to work safely, comply with company Health & Safety policies, and report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions.
