Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Cleaner for our Head Office in Castle Donington to clean the office areas and communal facilities in both the office and warehouse to high standards of cleanliness according to the schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas are hygienic and presentable, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

The role is for 8 hours per week; 4 days of 2 hours each. Working hours are 7.00am - 9.00am, preferably Tuesday to Friday but can be flexible on the days.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and communal areas.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products (provided) to ensure surfaces are sanitised and maintained to high standards.
Empty bins, replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels, and ensure waste is disposed of correctly.
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming as required.
Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to management promptly.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or hazards.

Requirements

Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting or bending.
Reliable with a professional attitude towards work duties and punctuality.

Pay: £13.10-£13.94 per hour
