Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Solicitor/Conveyancing Executive to join our growing professional legal team. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the smooth progression of property transfers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational ability, and proficiency in IT and case management systems relevant to legal practice. Responsibilities

Manage and oversee conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance with legal standards and client requirements.
Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients regarding property transactions, contracts, and related matters.
Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and other conveyancing paperwork.
Coordinate with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient transaction progress.
Maintain accurate case files and utilise IT systems for case management and document storage.
Keep abreast of current legislation and industry best practices related to property law.
Ensure all deadlines are met through effective time management and organisational skills.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant practising certificate.
Proven experience in residential or commercial conveyancing is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
Strong IT literacy, including familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management skills to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
