Your mission

Respond to user and system problems.
Diagnose and resolve/escalate issues as appropriate.
Be the first point of contact for users on a day-to-day basis.
Support the IT Operations team in their day-to-day duties where necessary

Your talent

Previous experience and knowledge of basic IT tools and infrastructure (Windows/Office365, servers, networks) is essential.
Experience of working on a helpdesk or 1st-line IT support would be an advantage.
Knowledge of SQL and query is preferred but not essential.
An excellent level of planning and organisation skills
Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative and be able to work as part of a team.
