Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team based at our Office in Pontefract, Wakefield. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems. AC Installation will also be required. A Company van will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities

install, and maintain air conditioning systems in various settings.
Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.
Repair and replace faulty components as necessary, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and installations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or in a similar role.
F-Gas Quantification required.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC engineering or related fields are preferred.
A valid driving licence will be required for travel between sites.
