Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Factory Worker to join our team in a dynamic food production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and assisting with daily operations. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and processing of food products on the farm factory floor
- Operate basic machinery and equipment used in food production, adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas to comply with hygiene standards
- Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality and safety of products
- Perform basic quality checks and document findings accurately
- Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods as required
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to follow strict safety protocols
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform manual tasks as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings or shifts as required by production schedules
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
