Full job description

RTW Surgeries Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and patient-focused Dental Nurse to join our friendly and experienced team.

To work 4 days a week

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a modern, forward-thinking private practice committed to delivering exceptional standards of clinical care and patient experience. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for dentistry.

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will work alongside experienced clinicians, assisting with a broad range of advanced dental procedures, including cosmetic dentistry and implant surgery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while working with the latest equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Provide chairside support for a wide variety of general, cosmetic, and implant procedures
Prepare surgeries and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and cross-infection control.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient clinical records.
Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
Provide patients with oral health education and post-operative care instructions.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Support reception duties when required and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Maintain compliance with GDC standards, CQC requirements, and practice policies.

Experience assisting with cosmetic and implant procedures is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
