We are seeking an experienced security engineer to join our team, carrying out the installation and maintenance of Intruder Alarm and Fire Alarm Systems, with experience in other areas being beneficial.

NSI Gold Approved, we provide Fire and Security solutions to commercial and residential clients in and around the Huddersfield area. Our services include installation and maintenance of Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Fire Systems, Access Control and Security Lighting.

Day To Day Responsibilities of The Role:

Install, maintain, and commission Security Systems, including Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Fire, Access Control and Security Lighting, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
Provide technical support to customers as needed.
Understanding the clients’ needs and fulfilling all jobs required.
Keep accurate records of all work completed.
Take pride in the company van
Participating in the on-call rota as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven background with install and maintenance of Intruder Alarm and Fire Systems
Experience with CCTV and Access Control systems is desirable.
Proficient in problem-solving and fault-finding.
A positive attitude, pride in your work and the ability to self-motivate
Excellent customer service skills, clean, tidy, and professional demeanour.
Adhering to Health & Safety requirements.
Desirable qualifications include: City & Guilds and/or FIA, IPAF, CSCS/ ECS
Competence in using hand and power tools.
Physically capable of lifting and carrying equipment, climbing ladders, and performing dynamic risk assessments.
Have a Full UK driving license.
