As a Security Supervisor with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.
We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee, plan, organise and coordinate all service-line activities, ensuring the standards detailed within the Service Level Agreement and contract schedules are achieved, maintained and continually developed.
The Role
- Oversee and coordinate daily service delivery, ensuring compliance with the agreed Specification and Scope of Works.
- Manage continuous improvements, taking corrective action where required and reporting performance issues to management.
- Implement, review and report on robust health and safety procedures.
- Manage rosters, schedules and allocation of work to meet client requirements efficiently.
- Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring all work requests are actioned and recorded.
- Conduct daily inspections and communicate audit actions and feedback to the team.
- Liaise with management on changes to service requirements, including ad hoc works and resource needs.
- Lead and support the team, including training new staff and covering management duties when required.
About You
- A valid front-line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA licence
- PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to build credible relationships with management and clients, and challenge when necessary.
- Commitment to delivering excellence in customer service and promoting a positive, safe working culture.
