Full job description

Join Our Team – Front of House at The Face Place

We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and organised person to be the first smile our clients see when they walk through the door.

This is a Front of House role, starting at 24 hours per week, with the chance to grow into a full-time position.

What you’ll be doing:

Answering calls and helping with client enquiries
Managing bookings and keeping our diary running smoothly
Looking after client notes and records
Making sure every client feels welcomed and cared for
Helping to keep the clinic looking clean, tidy, and inviting
Supporting the team day-to-day
Assisting with PA duties such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and providing general administrative support to the clinic director

What we’ll give you:

Full training (so don’t worry if you haven’t worked in aesthetics before!)

About you:

You’re naturally warm, welcoming, and enjoy meeting new people
You’re organised and love keeping things running smoothly
You’ve got great communication skills and a caring nature
You’re comfortable with administrative tasks and happy to take on PA duties when needed
You’re happy to get stuck in and be part of a close-knit team
