About Us

Cambridge Country Club is one of the region’s leading private members’ clubs, offering exceptional golf, leisure and hospitality facilities. With a thriving membership base and a growing events calendar, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our F&B operation.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic and operational management of all food and beverage services across the clubhouse, bar, restaurant, terrace, member events and private functions.

You will lead from the front — driving standards, profitability, team performance and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Full operational oversight of all F&B outlets
Leadership, recruitment and development of front-of-house teams
Driving revenue growth across restaurant, bar and events
Cost control, stock management and GP accountability
Delivering exceptional member and guest experiences
Developing seasonal menus and event concepts with the kitchen team
Managing rotas, payroll and departmental budgets
Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety and food hygiene standards
Working closely with senior management on strategy and club growth

About You

Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Head of F&B in a premium hospitality environment (club, hotel, or high-end restaurant)
Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire teams
Experience delivering weddings, corporate functions and member events
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Passionate about hospitality and high service standards
