Full job description

We are seeking a professional, reliable and proactive Mobile Response Officer to join our existing night team. The successful applicant will be responsible for responding to incidents, conducting site patrols & unlocks/lock ups, providing a visible presence, and ensuring the safety and security of people, property and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to alarm activations, incidents, and emergency situations
Conduct regular patrols of assigned locations
Perform unlock / lock ups at designated client premises / sites
Monitoring & Identify risks
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence
Carry out 'Welfare checks' for security personnel on sites, ensuring their safety & wellbeing whilst on shift.
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records, ensuring accurate attention to detail
Liaise with Senior Management, Clients and emergency services as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

This is a role that requires a calm, professional and rational approach to your work. You must always consider your personal health and safety. The following apply:

The following are mandatory requirements for the role:

A valid UK Driving Licence (manual)
A valid frontline SIA Licence (minimum Security Guard)
Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbally and written)
A clean DBS history (the company will apply for an Enhanced DBS inc. Children's Barred List check)

Full compliance with the mandatory requirements set out above
Previous experience of undertaking a Mobile Response position is essential
Demonstrable evidence of your ability to work under pressure or maintaining clear rationale when dealing with an incident.
