Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service to all guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and stock levels
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times
Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills for billing and change handling
Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages
Engage with guests to create a lively, welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, or restaurant roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
