Our global import and export operations are supported by a licensed pharmaceutical repackaging facility, enabling medicines to be prepared for parallel trade. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance, while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.

The Role

We're looking for a Regulatory & Quality Associate to join our growing Regulatory and Quality team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines responsibilities across Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, offering an excellent opportunity to build a career within the pharmaceutical industry.
You'll help ensure our products remain fully compliant with MHRA requirements while supporting the quality processes that underpin our licensed repackaging operations. The role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced and highly regulated environment, and offers exposure to pharmaceutical licensing, artwork management, GMP/GDP compliance and quality systems.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the preparation and maintenance of pharmaceutical product licences.
Creating and maintaining Bills of Material, Master Reference Files, and regulatory records.
Reviewing and approving artwork, labels and printed packaging materials.
Creating and maintaining label templates using BarTender software.
Performing goods-in, print room, and in-process quality checks.
Reviewing batch documentation and preparing batches for Qualified Person (QP) certification.
Raising and assisting with Change Controls, Deviations and CAPAs.
Maintaining quality records, logs, training records and controlled documentation.
Working closely with Production, Commercial and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and company procedures.

The successful candidate will have:

Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work accurately in a highly regulated environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to learn.

Previous experience within pharmaceuticals, Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
