You'll work in our wonderful Manchester Science Park buildings, located in Manchester City Centre, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Job purpose:

This role will suit someone who has a keen eye for detail, who loves organising and accuracy through administration. The role will also involve interacting with our lovely colleagues and prospective customers so it's important you are approachable and ultimately love building relationships.

What will you be doing?

Working independently to manage our enquires inbox and invoice system
Playing a pivotal part in ensuring our facilities and repair jobs are managed through the systems
To be the first point of contact for all visitors and contractors in the building
Facilitate new customer viewings to support the sales process
Working as part of a wider team, engage with your customers across Citylabs, colleagues, management team and other departments within Bruntwood
Be a role model to promote wellbeing in the workplace
You will have a focus on continuous improvement making sure that we add value, save time and make things simple

What are we looking for?

Admin experience is a must, as you will be managing our enquiries mailbox on a daily basis
You must have a can do attitude and be able to step up to the challenges of working in a dynamic and developing organisation.
We are looking for curious and interesting people, with high attention to detail and a drive to go over and above - motivation, initiative and a positive attitude are key to this role
You will be an excellent communicator, bringing your personality to work and interacting with people on a human level
