Join Our Growing Team

Abbey (Southern) Ltd is an established and respected fabricator of Smart Systems aluminium windows, doors, and glazing solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Aluminium Window Fabricator to join our production team.

If you take pride in producing high-quality products, enjoy working as part of a professional team, and have an eye for detail, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate aluminium windows, doors, and associated products using Smart Systems profiles.
Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication schedules.
Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Assemble frames, sashes, and hardware to the highest quality standards.
Carry out quality inspections throughout the fabrication process.
Ensure products are manufactured accurately and ready for glazing or dispatch.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Work closely with colleagues to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication (Smart Systems experience is advantageous but not essential).
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
The ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
A strong work ethic with a commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
