Receptionist Duties:

Hotel guests’ welcome with check-in administration
Showing guests to their bedrooms with full venue and bedroom information
Liaising with all departments to ensure we are always ready for each guest,including special requests
Hotel guests’ departure with check-out administration,including payments
Office duties including filing,reporting,etc
Assisting guests with their telephone and email enquiries/reservations,offering friendly advice to sell our bedrooms,dining and Thai massage services,and up-sell other products
