You'll have a proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets while consistently maintaining exceptional food quality and safety standards.

As Bakery Manager you will:

Consistently perform to financial KPI’s
Take ownership of all controllable costs through effective management

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
Food preparation and food service experience.
Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
Experience in staff training and coaching.
Ability to manage stock, wastage, and controllable costs.
Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
