What will you be doing

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery key carer procedures and allocate children appropriately
Ensure that practice and provision meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Provide professional and relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
Ensure that all staff maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers
