Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Private Markets Manager Researcher to join our team on a maternity cover basis. You’ll play a key role in researching and selecting top asset managers globally, with a focus on private credit, infrastructure, and real assets. You’ll also support clients with bespoke projects and help develop junior team members.
How you'll make an impact

Fund Manager Research: Conduct in-depth due diligence on private credit and infrastructure managers using qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Recommendations: Present fund manager recommendations to clients, prospects, and internal teams.

Monitoring: Track fund manager performance and ensure they meet their objectives.

Client Projects: Work on bespoke client requests, including manager selection, market evaluations, and portfolio reviews.

Team Development: Support and mentor junior team members to help them grow
About You

Experience in infrastructure equity, private credit, or real estate fund manager research.

Strong analytical skills to identify a manager’s unique strengths.

A proactive, self-starter approach with confidence to express your views.

Excellent qualitative and quantitative evaluation skills.

Strong project management and organisational abilities.
-
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Experience presenting to and working directly with clients.

At least 7 years of investment experience.
It’s a bonus if you have:

A professional qualification like CFA or CAIA.

Experience working with institutional asset owners.
-
Knowledge of ESG and climate-focused investing.

Familiarity with tools like Preqin, Bloomberg, and Pitchbook.

Advanced Excel skills
