Authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly OISC) at Level 1, we are looking to expand our team by welcoming an experienced Level 1 Immigration Caseworker.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an IAA Level 1 accredited Immigration Caseworker to join our growing team. The role is exclusively office based. You will manage a varied caseload, providing advice, preparing and submitting visa and immigration applications and supporting clients with their immigration needs. All work will be carried out under the supervision of a highly experienced IAA Level 3 Adviser. The position involves client interaction, basic legal research and staying updated on UK immigration laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on straightforward immigration matters
- Prepare, review and submit visa and immigration applications
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the team while managing your workload independently
Qualifications & Experience:
- IAA Level 1 accreditation (desirable)
- Self-starter with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- File management experience and awareness of compliance duties
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Multilingual abilities (e.g. Urdu, Mirpuri, Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Bangla, etc.) are advantageous

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £24,454.00 per year
