About Cake Craft
Cake Craft is one of the UK's leading online retailers for cake decorating, baking supplies, and celebration products. We serve hobbyists, home bakers, and professional decorators through our e-commerce platform and we are growing fast. We are now building a best-in-class digital marketing function and looking for the right person to lead it.
The Role
Hands-on leadership role with genuine ownership. You will build and lead the CakeCraft digital marketing function from the ground up — setting the strategy, establishing processes, coordinating specialist teams, and driving measurable growth across all digital channels.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own the digital marketing strategy aligned to revenue, customer acquisition, and retention targets
- Build and manage an integrated marketing calendar across all channels
- Lead and coordinate specialist teams across SEO, content, email/CRM, paid media, influencer, and creative
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Build the processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks that scale the marketing function
- Report performance directly to the Managing Director
What We Are Looking For
- 6–8 years of digital marketing experience in an e-commerce or D2C environment
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth
- Hands-on experience across SEO, paid media, content, email marketing, and analytics
- Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, Shopify or similar platforms
- Someone who builds structure — not someone who needs it handed to them
- Must be willing to work full-time from our London or Birmingham office
