Full job description

We are seeking a proactive, motivated, and professional Sales Consultant to join the Centrobed team. This field-based role offers the opportunity to represent a leading UK manufacturer of specialist healthcare equipment, supporting healthcare professionals, families, and organisations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively develop and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Proactively engage with current and prospective customers to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, commissioners, case managers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain customer records and opportunities using the company CRM database.
- Conduct product demonstrations, assessments, and presentations across the UK.
- Deliver educational presentations and CPD sessions to healthcare professionals and organisations.
- Represent Centrobed at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into successful sales outcomes.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in sales, healthcare sales, or business development preferred.
- Confident presenter and public speaker.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive approach to work.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation and time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence essential.

Role Requirements

- Travel throughout the UK.
- Regular overnight stays away from home.
- Flexibility to attend exhibitions, conferences, and events nationwide.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
