Junior Administrative Assistant

Poynton Law Limited – Poynton, Cheshire
£26,000 per annum | Full-Time | Permanent

At Poynton Law, we're proud to be a modern, fast-growing law firm that puts both our clients and our team first. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and looking to build a long-term career within a professional legal environment. No previous legal experience is required – we'll provide full training.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to our legal team
Preparing and organising client files
Scanning, printing and filing documents
Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries
Assisting with post and document management
Updating our case management system
Liaising with clients, advisers and third parties
General office administration

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and professional
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office
A great communicator
Keen to learn and develop
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
